Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay, including applicable taxes and fees.

3. Guarantee and Prepayment

To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Some offers and promotions may require full prepayment and are non-refundable. The terms specific to your booking will be clearly stated during the reservation process.

4. Special Events and Group Bookings

Reservations made for special events or as part of group bookings may have different cancellation windows or non-refundable terms. These will be provided at the time of booking and stated in your reservation confirmation.

5. Modifications

Modifications to your reservation, such as changing the dates of stay, are subject to availability and may result in different rates or charges. If the new dates fall under different cancellation terms, the most restrictive policy will apply.

6. No-shows

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date and have not contacted us in advance, your reservation will be treated as a no-show. A fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged, and the remaining nights of your stay may be cancelled.

7. Force Majeure

Zotelix reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in the event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other events beyond the guest’s control. Documentation may be required.
