1. Introduction

Welcome to Zotelix Casino Hotels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services, as well as your stay at any Zotelix casino hotel property. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or visit our properties.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Zotelix," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Zotelix Casino Hotels and all affiliated entities.
  • "You" or "your" refers to the user of our website, services, or guest at our properties.
  • "Website" refers to www.zotelix.com and all associated domains and subdomains.
  • "Services" refers to all offerings provided by Zotelix, including but not limited to accommodations, dining, entertainment, and amenities.
  • "Casino hotel" refers to any hospitality establishment operated by Zotelix that includes both lodging and entertainment facilities.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Reservation Policy: All reservations at Zotelix casino hotels are subject to availability and require a valid credit card to secure. Rates quoted are per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3.2 Guarantee Policy: To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. For certain promotions, packages, or during high-demand periods, prepayment may be required.

3.3 Cancellation Policy: Standard reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.

3.4 Special Event and Group Reservations: Reservations made for special events or group bookings may be subject to different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Check-in Time: Standard check-in time at all Zotelix casino hotel properties is 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in may be available based on room availability but cannot be guaranteed unless reserved in advance.

4.2 Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM local time. Late check-out may be arranged with the front desk based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4.3 Identification Requirement: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the identification presented.

5. Guest Conduct

5.1 Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. Zotelix casino hotels reserve the right to refuse service or accommodations to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who demonstrates behavior that presents a safety or security risk.

5.2 Room Occupancy: The maximum number of persons permitted in each room is limited to the capacity stated at the time of reservation. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

5.3 Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

6. Website Usage

6.1 Intellectual Property: All content on the Zotelix website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Zotelix or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 Permitted Use: You may view, download, and print content from the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without Zotelix's prior written permission.

6.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the website: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; or (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zotelix casino hotels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our website, services, or properties.

7.2 Personal Property: Zotelix casino hotels are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property in guest rooms, public areas, or any other part of the hotel premises. Safes are provided in guest rooms, and additional security options may be available at the front desk.

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties: The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Zotelix corporate headquarters is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8.2 Changes to Terms: Zotelix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

8.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
